Maybe govt can do something like the cocobod in terms of the rubber. Learnt now Chinese in collusion with some local agents to sabotage the local industries. I believe is not true but in Ghana everything is possible. Pls let' ...

Pay realistic prices and you will get the raw material that you want. If government forces farmers to sell cheap to you and farmers start losing out, they will send to Ivory Coast or cut down their trees.
