He hammered on the economy in 2016, but failed woefully when he had the chance to show his economic prowess. Is he now going to stress on building toilets, giving out mobile phones on credit or what? Or is he now coming to say that it was Ofori Attah who blocked him from tranforming the economy? Don’t these delegates realize that Bawumia talks with no sense? What really does the NPP want? What will be the party's message to voters, knowing that the Mahama government is performing impeccably? Or do they stupidly think Ghanaians are going to accept their lies and clueless press conferences and foolish demonstrations? Don’t they accept that all wise Ghanaians know that they are all a bunch of thieves and nation wreckers? Now, even in the zone of the "yewoo me too mu" people, things are changing. Do these stupid delegates remember that the Akufo Addo Bawumia government sheepishly kept quiet and allowed the Asantehene to launch an appeal-for-funds to renovate and improve the Komfo Anokye Hospital, a government property, while the party made a donation. Menwhile the GNPC was constructing a modern hospital in Kyebi, though there was not clinic in the oil-producing areas in Ghana? Ghanaians are wiser now. You can take money and choose Bawumia, but you can never convince voters to vote for him.

  Subsidise petrol to make it cost less, this will drive down prices and encourage alot and alot job creation, more consumer spend for you to make your money back through taxation.
  Ghanaians will have alot to money to spend.

  It also strengthens the cedi against the dollar, inflation...so you don't need to artificially pump billions of dollars to create artificial strong cedi. Instead use it to subsidise petrol. Cedi will stabilise naturally.

  They focused on dollar and not petrol and wonder why economy never worked.

  This is done in China to prevent crime and abuse by foreigners in China. Failure to comply is 6 months in jail and a fine.

If you want to control any group of people, use Religion. The various Human Slave Trade and Slavery that went on succeeded because the Christian and Arab traders used Religion. Yes they frightened the people with Hell and the reward of Heaven and Paradise. That is sad. I call myself a Christian but a reformed one. I don’t dish out Tithes and other offerings to the Church for the benefit of the Religious leaders. Out of my free will, I give to the poor and the needy who walk to Church but not the Pastors and the supposed Reverend Ministers who steal from their followers and drive the latest Benz Vehicles to Church while Ghurch members walk to Church using worn out shoes and clothes. I don’t pay any Collection to the Church but I give privately to the poor and needy.. People just should be careful and not give blindly to the Church when they are not able to properly feed and care for the families. Go to the houses of the Religious leaders and see how richly they eat and compare it to what you and your family eat. Think before you give your money to the church.. Let the Religious leaders work. Their Religious activities should be voluntary and part time. I have been sick for years. Just ask me the first and last time my church elders and Religious leaders visited me. Keep your money to yourself and help your community and also take care of your family.
