MTN cannot be among the top performers. I bundled 90 cedis data on 18th January 2026. I did not get a messsge confirming the data though the data came. The next day, the data miraculously disappeared after using just 2G out of 12G. My call to customer service returned a shitty attitude.

If MTN is one of the top performers in terms of customer service in this country, then we are doomed. Customer service in this country is generally very poor. GCB customer service is hell.
