Papakyene, what do you understand by "Commander in Chief" of all the armed forces? As President, he outranks any military/police rank in Ghana, hence has the right to wear any uniform. And the rank insignia on his uniform cannot be attained by any serving military person (i.e. it is meant for the President only). If you think you and him are all "civilians", go ahead and try wearing camouflage. The choice is yours.
