Students can now beat teachers. But please don't forget that MPs can kick chairs and misbehave in parliament. Some even knock over microphones of uninvited media houses. Everything is about leadership.

This is very simple. NSAmyst surcharge the schools involved, the schools must surcharge the students so that government stays out of the financial burden in fixing the damage.
THIS IS CLEAR MISREPORTING. WHICH SCHOOLS SAT AT THAT PART OF THE STANDS. NAME THE SCHOOLS AND GET THOSE SCHOOLS TO PAY. EACH STUDENT FROM THE TWO OR SO SCHOOLS SHOULD BE MADE TO PAY.
TO MAKE PAYMENT EASY THE COST OF DAMAGE SHOULD BE DEDUCTED FROM THEIR CAPITATION GRANT AT SOURCE AND GIVEN TO NSA. THE SCHOOLS THEN DEBIT THE STUDENTS.
