Is the NPPsaying that, they now admit the economic improvement in 2017 and 2018 was the outcome of the policies of the first Mahama administration? Including going to IMF? Isn't it a fact that in 2016 the IMF predicted better economic conditions regarding all the indicators?

However, when they took over the government in 2017 and the indicators started improving they failed to give credit to the NDC and refused to accept the NDC's argument that they laid the foundation for the economic gains in 2017/8. So what is Sly saying. Can he explain why he lost his seat?
