  So, how is a number plate assigned to a mining equipment if it is not being registered by the DVLA? Or these excavators/mining equipment does not have assigned number plates and other official identification tags? This is some BS comments coming from whoever is talking on this subject....it is doubtful if they were not officially registered but, you know I cannot even think of any reason why it was so! You just import an excavator, it lands at the Tema port, you clear it and drive the excavator straight to your mining site/project site, no questions asked. Wow!!!!!!

  It is not just tracking but do we need 1800 excavators - can the beneficial owners justify the need and use of excavators, besides majority of it being used in Galamsey.
