  To take on the incredibly difficult job of President of Ghana (which in my view is a much harder job than say being the President of the USA or the Prime Minister of the UK) you must have the ability to accommodate diverse tribal, religious and social views yet be able to provide firm and decisive leadership. Such a leader will need to be EVEN TEMPERED and able to OVERLOOK OR IGNORE THE VAST MAJORITY OF INSULTS AND OFFENCES because these often act as a serious distraction. As one of my mentors used to say: "You are not called to fight every battle " So pick your fights very carefully while asking yourself whether they are going to further promote and enhance your goals and vision or whether they are simply going to be a serious distraction that sap your energy ,take up precious time and keep you from focusing on YOUR PRIMARY ASSIGNMENT WHICH IS TO SERVE THE PEOPLE OF GHANA.
  THE FOLLOWING CHARACTER TRAITS ARE A CRITICAL FOR ANY ASPIRING LEADER: COURAGE,
  RESILIENCE,
  TENACITY,
  PATIENCE,
  HAVING CLEAR PRINCIPLES
  AND ABOVE ALL HAVING INTEGRITY.
  A great leader picks his or her subordinates very carefully after much thought and research, monitors the performance of those appointed by the president to serve and knows when to remove, appoint or reassign them according to their talents, productivity and ability to stick to the government’s agenda FOR THE NATION.
  ABOVE ALL A WISE PRESIDENT IS ONE WHO LIKE KING SOLOMON RELIES DAILY ON DIVINE HELP AND GUIDANCE TO CARRY OUT THE ONEROUS TASK OF HEAD OF STATE.
