  This is common sense. UN operations are run with money. Soldiers are paid their regular salary at home and need to bear part of the financial responsibility from the earnings they get in dollars from the operations. Suck it up whiners. Nothing is for free. Who should bear all the finance for the logistics in the operational area, while you pocket every dime from the UN. Government is providing soldiers accommodation and food in the AO. Government provides soldiers accommodation, electricity water etc in the barracks. Keep your F..k and contribute to your upkeep in the operational area. This was done all the way from Rawlings time for smooth transition and upkeep of the UN operations. Bad soldiers will always complain about everything. If you can’t obey, just leave the service, many are willing to join, IDIOT.

  You're very stupid and extremely gullible, no one can enslave a group of people in perpetuity, wait and see soldiers (Other Ranks) triumph over their slave masters (officers) in the coming years. Soldiers of the Ghana Armed Forces has been enslaved and exploited for far too long. I wasn't expecting any different response from the extremely corrupt and incompetent military high command but the usual liars and cover ups.

  This is exactly what we should expect. The bitter truth people are afraid to accept. Who decided that those sent on these so-called “deployments” actually got there on merit? Nobody. Because senior officers benefit from the cuts they take, they will always come on air to defend the system and spew convenient narratives.
  
  The junior ranks know the truth and live it every day. Let’s be blunt: Ghanaian soldiers in Lebanon are not there for any serious peacekeeping mission. It’s a holiday posting, plain and simple. Everyone knows it. Containers of civilian goods are shipped back home under the cover of deployment. These are not allegations. These are facts.

  The junior ranks know the truth. Ghanaian soldiers in Lebanon are not on any peacekeeping mission. It is a paid holiday. Civilian containers are shipped home under the cover of deployment. These are facts.
