Circuit courts are totally useless. How can simple basic criminal cases take over 7 years and longer. Bullshit justice system. The victims suffer and the criminals enjoy. No monitoring of performance and outcomes of these men and women in wigs. Lazy long adjournments and no seriousness to dispense justice. Justice delayed is justice denied but in Ghana justice is always delayed.
