As a woman, empower yourself financially so you can walk away from an abusive relationship. Creating a culture of paying a bride price, hair, and food for a woman, which fosters a controlling mindset for a man, contributes to all these demonic reactions. A lot of women in Ghana are facing abusive relationships but can't come out to speak because they can't sustain themselves without a man.
