  When was Gold Bod established? Please think over what you are suggesting and get someone to walk you through the planning and establishment of a firm and then listing it on the Stock exchange. By the way this is not the only gold refinery in Ghana, there are quite a few, both foreign. and Ghanaian owned in existent in Ghana. I believe you also not privy to the term and condition of this agreement.

This retains money as well as knowledge in the land. With listing on the SE today even with crowed founding and a proper board of Directors, a good accountant and a visionary CEO you can straight get your registered Holdingcompany running on the SE.
