Where sedinam detained? Was she arrested at all? I can find Kenneth Ofori Atta but not Sedinam Tamakloe. Can someone please help me to locate her detention center.

She is at the Southern Detention Center in Nevada.
Note that they were detained for different offences: Ofori Atta on immigration offences, and Sedinam on extradition request from Ghana Govt.

You don't have to be a citizen to be able to stay in America. She may have a US green card.
