  Exhaust pollution for officials and ordinary people will drag them into health issue unless authorities begin to exercise wisely power to mildly shepherd the head mentality to decentralised main centres.

  Focus should be shifted to rail for our freight as it in all advanced countries. From freight we can then build more capacity for passenger trains as well. Major cities like London & New York uses underground trains which moves hundreds of thousands of passengers a day. We are a long way from that.
