In the US, most, if not all detention centers/prisons have an in-house general practioner's (GP) office/facility where prisoners/detainees could first be attended to, should they need medical care or fall sick before they are being referred to a specialist in a hospital outside the detention centers.

Other in-house prison facilities including workplaces, airy sport/recreation spaces are all inside prison/detention facilities in the western world. All the pictures shown are facilities inside the detention center.
