  I want to know the background of this man being the CEO of a highly technical field . His deputy was just an ndc communicator sent to do verandah boys job. Akuffo Addo has best opportunity to change the status quo , but he failed woefully .The 3 DGs who headed the Ghana Maritime Authority , none of them had seen a ship before .Ndc is also continuing same job for the boys thing .
