Subsidise petrol to make it cost less, this will drive down prices and encourage alot and alot job creation, more consumer spend for you to make your money back through taxation.
Ghanaians will have alot to money left to save for projects.
It also strengthens the cedi against the dollar, inflation...so you don't need to artificially pump billions of dollars to create artificial strong cedi. Instead use it to subsidise petrol. Cedi will stabilise naturally.
5 yrs jail and a fine for smugglers. For benefit of Ghana and Ghanaians ONLY
They focused on dollar and not petrol and wonder why economy never worked.

They want foreign currency have you seen any foreign motor vehicle office operating in gh or in their various foreign embassies? Very stupid ppl these Ghanaian leaders they will do any and everything for money. Why don't you focus on domestic expansion of dvla offices in each region, create jobs. Instead you want foreign currency....to steal. Who needs dvla services on these foreign countries?

I'm not sure USA have their DVLA office in UK nor Netherlands. Why waste of resources? They want to send their family to abroad to work in those offices and pay them huge sums of money.

This is a money making venture which will not benefit the majority of Ghanaians.
Renewal of Ghanaian passport in uk is too expensive compared to back home and they are going to do the bloody same thing with this DVLA service.
How on earth can a forward thinking person ask citizens to renew driver's license yearly with a penalty if it is renewed late?
