I had an encounter with them 2 years ago in my shop. When I meet the 3 of them I can recognize all of them.
He is not Obroni but a half cast. The other two are in their last 50s or early 60s. One wears dark sunglasses.

They go about duping shops with same plan from Haatso, North Legon, East Legon, Adabraka, Tse Addo and more.

They stole groceries from my Sister’s shop worth ¢6,000 in 2024 in North Legon. Came to my shop in East Legon six months later to pull the same plan on me. I called nearby police and the rushed back into their old cream salon car and sped off. I know them paaaa. I can point all of them if I meet them.
