  The government should establish mails centres across the country. Street and Houses need to be numbered so that mails attendees will be easily to locate. Mail depots will be built in the regional capitals then distribute to regional town centres.
  That will reduce employment. Most Europeans countries are doing dispatch mails services.
  Every house needs to be created mails boxes within. Much better than mails boxes. Stamps will be distributed and registered by registered shops.
