Hahahaha.... hmmmmm NPP! Your woes keep mounting every single day. Please, better sell that party to the scrap dealers.

Certainly, this is the easiest time for anyone to decide if they should be quitting the NPP or not. Absolutely nothing is working for them at the moment, except the constant fights and bickering. As for any hopes of getting i ...

NDCeivers know Kpandai will remain an Npp seat come 28. It is only a fool that thinks a gazatted result would be overturned because of irregularities in four polling stations. These criminal looters in the satanic NDC never l ...

The SC will be better off making the status quo remain. I know this comment will attract thd ranting of the wild dogs!

After the EC lawyer spoke today at the court, my mind has changed that the Justices will rule in NDC favour with split decision. The January 06 Gazatte had different numbers and codes from 24th December Gazatte. Which means 0 ...

Why is the SC afraid to rule on the Wey Gey Hey issue. The SC bit more than it could chew for entertaining that case.Any attempt to rule on that case could make and unmake Ghana. Cowards sitting on our benches.

I wonder if guys who claimed to be NPP members are happy within themselves. The party is not attractive at all nowadays.

  • Karikakchar 23 hours ago

I'm not a prophet but see the party being deeply divided after the presidential primaries that's most likely to be won by Bawumia. After he looses the 2028 he will need to step aside or the party will loose 2032 as well.

When I see the way they are even fighting themselves for the leadership position, I ask myself whether there are normal people left in the NPP

What were the submissions in the court room by the parties involved. Why is that missing from the report? What did the EC officials say about the gazette and dating? What about the NDC?

  • Batuta 1 day ago

Victory for the NDC candidate is a foregone conclusion. No NPP litigant should trust this present SC to pass judgement in his favour no matter how strong his case may be.

But the NPP got a favourable directive in this case last December, i.e. the Supreme Court stopped the EC from holding the election on 30th December. Is it not the same panel hearing the case?

Supreme Court has no power on parliament matters to rule on Kpandai election since they are conflict of interest being on NDC platform and pay rolls.Supreme Court duty is to interpret the law and checks and balances.

    KPANDAI RERUN
The issue of the Action being time barred seems to be the only point the NPP is hanging on to.
There has been no attempt to impugn the Veracity of the alleged irregularities.
