  Exactly my thought. It appears the NDC government hss scammed the World Bank. How can the minister say they are going to post well trained teachrrs to the SHSs when we know that if one is not a professional graduate teacher, they cannot teach in a government secondary school. Are they going to import teachers from abroad or Mars. Foolishly, the World Bank has also taken in the bait by not critically looking into the issues presented before releasing thr funds.

  No quality tuition will be possible given the unreasonably number of pupils and students in all government run schools. The overwhelming workload placed on the teaching staff clearly has a detrimental even effect morale, yet the ostrichs with their heads buried deep each other's region where the sun does not shine are aware but do nothing!
  The very reason you do not find their wards, in government run primary schools. Things can only improve if the teachers are consulted as to the best way forward, instead of a daft policy put out by a political know it all twat.

  As a matter of principle, non discrimination, equity and equatable distribution of the national cake and in furtherance of the local government program it is imperative that every region and for that matter district, has at least one category A educational institution, (free shs), health facility, road infrastructure, social housing scheme, industrial hub, etc across all our districts in the country.. this must not be the preserve of any particular region or city in the country.. this is how we purposefully and systematically stem the needless rural urban migration.. and make our "rural" district equally attractive and habitable for it's residents to enjoy and live in let alone help attract high calibre career persons and professionals to accept posting and work in..
