  Ok, great welfare officer, but hmmmm to his coaching abilities. Why is Semenyo and Inaki so good with club, but not so good with country? How come club coaches are able to tap into their God - given talents and get the best out of them but you are not able to? Semenyo is currently making Ghana proud at club level, but bring him to Ghana and puff, he turns into an ordinary player. What is the coach not doing right?

  I think the calibre of players Semenyo plays with on the Black Stars is a contributor to his lack of performance in the Black Star shirt. There is too much selfish play from our midfielders.

  It is because Semenyo and Inaki are English and Spanish trained footballers. They don't fit the local style of play. Their mindset is different . That is why guys like Kudus, Nuamah, Jordan and even some of these new boys like Prince Kwabena Adu can perform with Ghana easily.

Some of the teams have greatly improved , the likes of Senegal , Ivory Coast ,Nigeria and Morocco. Is your team ready to face any of them ?.Ivory Coast and Senegal have injected more young players into their team and playing very well . Coach please , my next point is get yourself attached to Sunderland or Brentford to prepare for the WC .

  Flying around the globe without spending a dime of his own. What is the need to be visiting all injured players in Europe? This could be done through a phone call. Gimmicks. Pretending to be furiously working while holidaying in Europe. These visits don't add much value to our game. Do you ever hear other African coaches paratrooping Europe visiting players? Even with scouting or monitoring players, you don't need to be physically present there. Otto pays visits when the players are well, and does so when they are sick. WHICH IS WHICH? Let us stop these resource-wasting trips. The photo-ops are costly. Someone should come to their senses and put a final stop to such waste.
