  To be fair, it is time to cancel the northerners scholarship scheme and make it blanket to every Ghanaian. Nkrumahs idea was to educate northerners so that they can contribute meaningfully to Ghana’s economy and to have educated northerners like other regions . Now they have more doctors in northern than any region. I therefore believe that one sided scholarship that only benefit northerners should be canceled and let fight for the same national scholarship like every Ghanaian.

People sit in their corner, hear rumours and speculate. Have you gone to the education ministry and were you informed that there is something like scholarship for northerns? It's so so sad and shamed. The way the West thinks about Africa as one small village with xxxx and xxxx is the same way you are thinking.
