Why did the ministry step in? The dollar has come down as well as inflation so I thought Clement Apaak and his 419 government could explain to Ghanaians why the fees were increased.

Another useless minister. Who will educate your children for £200.00 a year. Who feed their children less than £200.00 a year.
Too many of our children are only in the institutions because we can not feed them at home.
