    Egregious conduct of the bank! Banks capitalises on the financial ignorance of its clients to make money for themselves. Such suits will enhance the appreciation of the average Ghanaian. It's a good example!

    The court said the bank did not give its client a prior knowledge. This will serve as a precedence to many of these cases.Databank customers can also take advantage especially with the owner being the culprit.
