  Detention has to do with law enforcement or against your will. Had you wanted to say admission ward? recovery ward? Or this is for law enforcement purposes or prisoners who may seek medical treatment?

  Amedzoƒe health post is not up to the standard for admission of patients they can be on detention for a short period for administering medication and monitoring. However cases that are beyond their capacity are refered to facilities that can handle them.
