Meanwhile this $10 billion could have built and electric rail system from Accra to Kumasi to Bolga to help the economy. It could have been used to construct dual carriageways highways from Elubo to Aflao plus from Accra to Kumasi to Tamale and Kumasi to Sunyani combined
