I don’t know how old this Kwasi Prempeh and his team of technocrats were during the Military Governments and the Coup d’ tat periods. That five years three term proposal is potentially one of the most dangerous trajectory an African government can embark on right now, considering how some West African are settling back into the military dictatorship system again.
