I submitted a similar request to the committee. I agree we do not need 276 MPs. I also suggested that MPs should be allowed to generate financial implication bills. At the moment only the president can do that.

RECOMMENDATIONS ARE EFFECTIVE 7TH JANUARY 2029.
Mahama took an oath to be in office for four years. Mahama can implement the recommendations but he is excluded from it by reason of the oath he took.
