  There should be sentencing guideline to bring about equity and fairness in our judicial sytem.
  
  It is a waste to have16 regions. 10 regions is fine

Then he managed to secure a second term - I salute that one too. But a term for Mahama is the most idiotic thing ever, to be discussed or said in Ghana parliament, apart from Mills’ ECONOMOMEY, ECONONSENSE drumkard talks.
