The concept of exchanging one ‘prisoner’ for another is a political process, usually seen with spy exchanges, prisoners of war or political prisoners. It is rare to see ordinary criminals being exchanged in this way.

We called for intellectuals to be part of our discussions but this man is below par. Consistently, he’s shown lack of understanding of issues being discussed. Roland has always called his attention to not answering questions asked him. He’s like a student who has prepared answers for exam questions.

Prof, you not abreast with the situation. You need more education on it. The former Attorney-General Mr Godfred Dame put in the extradition request for Sedinam Tamakloe in 2024. The process has go through the US Court and Sedinam lost, so Ghana is waiting for the US authorities to depart her. However, she has not finished exhausting the legal process in the US.
