In most countries where the Rule of Law Is taken seriously, the Police Force has a specially designated well trained (assisted by the appropriate Medical and Social specialists) to deal with these very serious crimes. These specialist teams which are Multidisciplinary in nature are tasked with providing safe or refuge houses/accommodation for victims of such sexual and emotional abuse. REHABILITATION IS ALWAYS REQUIRED
