This Linda Ocloo is here to expose her ignorance again.Under what law or enactment are you going to rely on to arrest a person under 18years in Ghana seen in the street beyond 12 midnight.which law? Is it the 1992 constitution of what legislation? Go read the Article 14, Article 21, Article 31, Article 32, Article 33 and end it with Article 35 of the 1992 Constitution of the Republic of Ghana. Thereafter, go read The Children's Act 1998 (Act 560) well. If not convinced go through the Criminal offences Code Act 1960( Act 29) Without any new enactment ,Madam Minister, the intent may be right, but you have the law to rely on in arresting any person below age 18 walking in the street beyond midnight.

We shall apply the laws of your brainless Ebusuapanin. Your useless and irresponsible parents have released you from home to go and roam the streets of Accra stealing metals from culverts and drains to sell, because your aimless father is nowhere to be found. If we arrest you, you will tell us where a stupid 15 year old boy is going at 1:00 am on our streets. Fxcking animals who are slowly trying to copy the Western lifestyle when they can't even feed themselves
