Because he gave j j Rawlings some of his ill-gotten wealth from AGC, j j Rawlings kept him as AGC managing director for decades. For fear of accountability or to hide his ill-gotten wealth, he rather invested his ill-gotten wealth in Nigeria and not Ghana so that people will not expose him or hide his ill-gotten wealth. Through this unimaginable loss, Sam became a billionaire at the expense of his compatriots. Nigerians are smart crooks unlike Ghanaians.
