This is the remaining payment of the $3 billion loan. IMF does not give the whole amount. They divide it in several payments. With this payment the total received is $2.83 out of $3 billion.

IMF don't give Ghana anymore loans. They just loot it instead of helping the country and it's people. Elected officials are just there to loot and nothing else.

Tell me where did Government borrowed the 10 billion dollars from?. He just exchange the cedis with the dollars with the Bank of Ghana serving as intermediary through the sale of Gold by Goldboard.
