The reckless, wicked and widespread deforestation of our forests - practically giving the green light for rampant galamsey by party members, politicians, friends and family - all easily issued with mining ‘licenses’ to do whatever they want to our cherished environment. The reckless destruction of cherished cocoa farms, the pollution and poisoning of our land, farms and water bodies, the rampant corruption in almost every aspect of daily life, the filthy state of our gutters, and cities leading to frequent flooding, filthy plastic and garment polluted beaches, the missing money and missing cathedral. Dilapidated football stadiums, meaning that the Black Stars were banned for a period by FIFA from playing home matches in Ghana, the embarrassment of going to beg Togo and they refused us. Hmmm …just imagine. Judge for yourself.

We pray that the current administration carefully take note of all these failings and focuses on doing the right thing for Ghana.

If Nana Addo did not reshuffle as you want it, I don't think that makes him a bad leader because let Mahama reshuffle every week, but his policies is what will make him a good president.

Where is your much touted 24-hour economy?

How can a president who increased our gold reserves from 8 tones since 1957 to 32 tones be a bad president? How can a president who secured an ambulance for every constituency in Ghana, be a bad president? How can president whose priority is to educate Ghanaian children failed as a president?

When the cloak of authority was conferred on him, and with the sceptre of power in his hands, he sat there on the throne and performed abysmally. Look, my brethren, it is not what comes from your lips, it is what change you have been able to bring into the lives of the citizens. It isn't about family and friends. It is about the welfare of the people of Ghana. It came a time when his crown was bogging him down. He said the next government should come to solve the numerous problems he and his cohorts had created. He saw the national cathedral as a phantom. Today Ghanaians see it as a breeding ground for mosquitoes, amphibian reptiles and frogs. Oh Lord, have mercy. The man failed us all. As for the heavy debts he left behind, our children's children will come to pay. The good thing is that we have not been sold.

At times, I try to stay away from people like you, why? When Kufuor left the presidency, what was the state of our environment? Your party, NDC, was the one that opened Ghana to international galamseyers due to the $3billion loan they secured from the Chinese. Under that agreement, NDC accepted 50,000 Chinese migrants into Ghana and the rest is what we are dealing with. It was the Chinese who introduced "Chanfang machines" into galamsey in Ghana so, keep on blaming NPP for the damages to our environment.

When Mahama came to power, he had pumped $10billion just to cushion the dollar and investigation had concluded that, that amount can construct all our roads network to asphaltic level, but your president just used it just to put some cosmetic on the dollar which makes sense to some NDc fanatics.

The fact that our environment had been decimated does not mean we shouldn't put measures in place to shore up the economy. When Mahama came the second time, did you hear what he said about gold in Ghana? He said that due to profit, our environment can be disturbed for a while, yes, I know you will dispute that, but he said it.

Ghanaians have every right to keep talking about how disastrous Nana Addo’s administration was. If we don’t learn the lessons of history, we will condemn ourselves to repeat the same extremely costly mistakes again and again. Our warnings should also serve as a reminder and caution to the current and future governments of whatever party.

In fact, it is our responsibility and duty never to forget and never to keep quiet about such a calamitous and irresponsible government. We had more ministries and ministers on the payroll than Germany, with an economy many times smaller than theirs. So many galamsey licenses and excavators destroying our forests and land, and mining in our forest reserves, leaving us with polluted cocoa coloured rivers and drinking water. What a complete embarrassment and shame.
