This is exactly what GNPC under Alex Mould in 2013 did to my son who had graduated with BSc in Petroleum Engineering and had been posted to do his national service at GNPC. He was turned away just at the reception. He finally did his service at DVLA. Up to now, he has not got employment. That is Ghana and a particular regime for you. That is a travesty. Taken up youth to orient them with real life working experience should be an honor for all institutional executives to be part of shaping the lives of the next generations. They should have a welcoming sessions, periodic meetings and exit interviews directly with them. Leaders would be shocked to discover so much that can even help improve the organizational culture or status quo from these fresh and curious minds.
