GTEC appears to be over stepping their boundaries. It is not for GTEC to go about determining who is a qualified medical practitioner and who is not, the Medical & Dental Council is mandated to do that. In like manner, the GLC is responsible in checking for qualified or unqualified lawyers, not GTEC.
I always appreciate Prof. Azars' superior arguments, including the Wesley Girls' case.
Thanks for always shining light on some of these issues, for rational minded people.

There are practice trained lawyers without accredited first degree. Good lawyers they are but holding online unaccredited degrees which they used to enter Makola school of law.

Ceca 1975, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo was called to the bar in Ghana at a special meeting without presenting a valid law degree but stating that he had used the pupilage system to obtain a law degree in the UK.
