The explanation given is a huge insult to our intelligence. What specific duty was assigned to the soldier to do and why did he abandon his duty to follow thief Mahama’s useless son.
In the first place what was the army personnel cake over there when the event was to be protected by the police since it falls within their space. Politicians always give keys for people to open doors.
This is not acceptable. This is how Nigerua started and the military lost it aura. Policemen or even national security operatives (secret service men and women) can protect the children and wives of the president.
