The government must immediately initiate a heavy tax regime for buildings in cemetries.
A simple grave monument must be non-taxable. PERIOD!

There is a competition among the town's folks as to what family is rich and can put up the best burial structure, else, why should people waste money for this while some people hardly make ends meet.
