We must blame government for poor citizens simply because instead of giving most contracts to the citizens they rather awarded it to foreign companies

The old number plates don't have security features and so they are duplicated and sold to different cars which people use for robbery etc. the new plate contains RFID chips which makes it impossible to duplicate. This allows the police, road cameras, tool booths etc to scan the plates and detect stolen cars, cars that invaded duty payments, send your toll payments as momo charge etc. whenever the number plate is removed from the car and sends a signal and the plate is assigned to the person so that whenever the car is sold, they take off their plates. You can read more on RFID plates.
