  Well, Trica never stated that he needs a lawyer, he simply stated that his lawyer will answer the question posed. That isn't the same as "I won't answer any questions, I need a lawyer". He apparently knows how to scam people ...

  Well, Trica never stated that he needs a lawyer, he simply stated that his lawyer will answer the question posed. That isn't the same as "I won't answer any questions, I need a lawyer". He apparently knows how to scam people but doesn't know how to invoke his right to remain silent.
