Personally, I think after the general election, any vacancy should be filled by the party which held the seat. This re-run is not included in bye lection though.

This man, who has lost all dignity as a reverend and an MP, should understand that the budget in question emanated from the Electoral Commission and not the Jubilee House. And if it was presented to him in Parliament for his necessary action, and perhaps, he couldn't do anything about it, why is he in the market place insulting government? Have you seen his folly?
