  I'm disappointed because of the one most important change to the GETFund bill that should have taken place but did NOT happen should be the absolute prohibition of MP, current or past, their immediate family members, girlfriends and concubines, side chicks or acquaintances from obtaining any assistance from the program.
  
  Ghana cannot have a monetary assistance program that helps the wealthy at the expense of the poor and lower middle class who need assistance in pursuit of higher education. Additionally, I believe monies from the GETFund program should only go to people seeking studies in scientific areas of study including metallurgical sciences to help Ghana focus on manufacturing and production.
  
  For 8-years Ghana saw MP's, families and associates waste GETFund money to take worthless certificate courses in the US, UK, Canada and other nations just so a bunch of beneficiaries, who cannot think on their feet or offer intellectually stimulating ideas or ideas with foresight in parliament can still list those certificates on their CV's as accomplishments while the youth of Ghana remain unemployed and rudderless.
