  NPP tactics is to delay the case and not fight against the decision by High Court. I was angry too when I heard the case till I read the judgment from High Court, Tamale commercial division. The district EC Officer did a very bad job . For one polling station, the total number of votes on NPP pink sheet copy is different from NDC pink sheet and also different on EC pink sheet. So many cancellations on EC pink sheet and form sheet used to tabulate at collaboration centre was wrong too . Now, the case at Supreme Court, what Gazette publication was used to swear in our Kpandai MP in parliament, was it not the January 06th , 2025. For Appeal Court case, what are we appealing on there. Those bad job the EC Officer did at Tamale ( Kpandai ) ? . The case at High Court, how many times have the High Court stay execution of another High Court judgement? . It’s time we start preparing our campaign on there ground now .
