It was 25th of November 2025 that the court gave EC 30 days for re-run stating on the 1st December. Why EC reluctantly chosen the last day of the 30 days notice to staged the contest. It clearly shows where EC political interest. Two weeks to go and no ballots position made, no consultation with the security, no election education with the constituency . I mean nothing aside yesterday force date because NDC candidate filed contempt charges against Jean Mensa. Jean , yours is to follow the law not someone going for court shopping to see which of the court will listen to his illegal actions. If NPP former MP believes in his election integrity, he will have filed for injunction and Appeal but for delay tactics he has filed 4, 2 at High Court, 1 at Appeal and another at Supreme Court. Time wasting thinking it will take years to finish the case .
