This is the 21st century and a country does not have any reliable public transportation system. All they have is mediocre people in positions and cannot intelligently solve any problems.

Ghana had a viable and reliable omni bus system in the all the major cities in the 1960s and 70s. Don't forget the train services of old!

Now all successive governments are mere jokers without any intelligence to solve basic problems.
