    So you mean the Ghana high ways inspectors and consultants stood by whiles sub standard products were used for the road conditions. No wonder our roads don’t last.

    Kasoa Millennium to Pentecost road did not last for 2 years. The road is terrible than when it was a dirt road.

    Bitumen are imported either via port or from Cote D'ivoire via the boarder. All these point CEPs operate.
