After government paying your expensive tuition fees, they also have to give you £1000-1200 as a feeding fees ( 15000-20000 ghc ) per month. Were some of you earning this amount of money as salary here in Ghana ? . When you are done with your studies too most of you don’t come back to help us .

Who will do that to the country they profess to love? No one but people from an NPP party that birth mother serpents.

The question now is why 120 PhD candidates did not proudly and boldly list the subjects they're studying? Ghana under NPP government administrations, ex-presidents J. A. Kufour and Akufo-Addo, saw a rise in people carrying around worthless certificates that gave them access to leadership positions in government where stealing, mismanagement, misuse and corruption were normalized while intellectual display and prowess were nowhere to be found because they were empty heads or people with ivory-filled heads and little to no room to think.

Who qualify for these scholarships? Hopefully not political favourites.
£1000 a month is equivalent to at least GH15, 000 in Ghana. Even top manager in Ghana do not received this amount. Where is the government going to get money to make all these payments. Remember new nrses are not being paid.
What is the benefit of these PhD programmes to Ghana's economy?
If the government made the promise they must fulfill it. In future Ghana resources must spent where it is mostly needed
