Minivan lost control on a curve this has to be attributed to over speeding. There are no speed limit on these highways and no foolish leaders jas thought it best to put slow down signs on and around this curve so why won't this fatality happen? Check the records I'm sure this isn't the first time..what did the leaders do to improve situations when accidents first occurred here U ask? Nothing......

Our country Ghana has been besieged by "ma try makw3", thieving, unqualified, idiots. Police are taking bribes while stupid drivers run wild, killing people. And the dumb-ass "journalist" supposed to report the story told us first that the Toyota lost control and crashed into the Opel. Then in the next paragraph he said that the Opel rather lost control and ran into the Toyota. And i am like, WTF? Does anything work in this country?

Look at the shameful & embarrassing story article you have thrown out to be read by serious people.
First, "...the minivan loses control on a curve, then... "the Opel Astra loses control and veers off into the path of the mini bus." May the Lord have mercy on us!

Whether the minibus lost control or Opel Astra lost control, there was a lost control. Clearly, all Ghanaians and I mean all Ghanaians value our lives. People who are trusted to ensure roadworthy vehicles ply our roads take lalasulala to allow any kind of vehicles on our roads. How do drivers obtain their licences? Who trains our drivers and motorcycle riders? Do road users abide by rules and regulations on our roads? What about those paid to ensure safety on our roads? The same lalasulala! Look at the bad nature of most roads in Ghana. Most lack proper roadsigns. We are only interested in money, forgetting that we, our families and friends use the same vehicles and roads officials compromised on safety.
Indeed, no one is safe on our roads. I quite remember some crashed his car into JJ's car when he was president.

@Koti.. I have literally seen videos of Motorcycles going the opposite direction, and someone setting up a shop in the median of the just completed ofankor road, and it's all supposed to be normal.

According to a witness account, the Opel Astra, which was coming from Ejura and heading towards Mampong, collided with the minibus heading towards Ejura following a farmers' day exhibition in Mampong. The Opel Astra is alleged to have overtaken in a curve at Abuontem, collided with the minibus and veered into a nearby tree, instantly killing the three onboard - two males and one female. Out of the 29 people who were in the minibus, six were critically injured and sent to the Mampong Government Hospital for urgent care. At the same time, the remaining were treated for minor injuries.
Now this is how to write a report.
